Refund & Return Policy

At PrimeState, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (consumable supplements), returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request:

  • Photos of the product
  • Order details

If verified, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping where applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in original condition
  • Final sale items
  • Orders returned without prior approval
